I am fighting for health from 1996. No – I am not shooting, not kicking… Nothing of this sort.
But I know I MUST do something to overcome my uninvited guest – Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
Tricky thing – official medicine, claiming to be on top of health keeping, can’t help me. It can’t help millions of other seriously ill with ALL sorts of chronic degenerative diseases.
So I decided to be responsible for my own health. And I succeeded ! I am not alone. There are lots of others, who succeeded fighting for their own health, too.
* * *
It wouldn’t be possible keeping own health in good shape, being alone. That’s really interactive process – learning from others and applying to yourself.
In so long time I discovered many superior teachers. Some of them are doctors, some – not. But all of them are teaching personal responsibility – and are naturalistic (not synthetic medication based).
One of my top teachers is a journalist (health ranger) Mike Adams. I like his articles very much. Some my articles are based on his most valuable and interesting writings: Faulty medicine?, MS, cancer and FUD, MS – name ambiguity.
I came across his article Good health is no accident recently. I was excited – again. The author put all the aspects every carrying about a personal health should know, into a logical and elegant unit.
Anybody interested should read whole article. I’ll present some pieces I like the best. You’ll see the power of these wise words:
- Those who seek answers for their health outside the realm of their own decisions are looking in the wrong place… Lasting health can only appear as the result of a lifetime of informed, deliberate decisions aligned with nature’s principles of health, not the distorted version of health promoted by our backward system of mainstream medicine
- … The cure for cancer is already programmed within. Each person is born with a highly-advanced cellular nanotechnology that already knows how to cure cancer. Activating this inner healing potential is all that’s necessary to prevent and cure cancer …
- … masses continue to eat cancer-causing foods and pursue cancer-causing lifestyles even while blindly handing over their money in the form of donations to organizations that they naively hope will come along and “save them” someday
- Obesity is what happens when a person spends each day imagining how much they’re going to start exercising tomorrow.
- Cancer is what happens when a person spends each day eating cancer-causing foods… rather than just getting some sunshine to boost their own vitamin D.
Disease is what happens when people believe they have no role in their own health outcome. So they eat for entertainment rather than for nourishment, and they live for product-induced external stimulation rather than internal fulfillment
- Cancer can never be “cured” through any external, artificial means, regardless of how many billions of dollars are thrown at it. Trying to cure cancer with synthetic medications makes about as much sense as trying to cure illiteracy by feeding children “reading pills”
- Health, like learning to read, is something that must be pursued through dedicated self-advancement. Neither literacy nor health can be endowed upon you with the flick of a magic (medication) wand. They cannot be injected into you through a needle. They can only be achieved by teaching each person how to own their results
If you wish to learn how to read, for example, you must first accept responsibility that no one else can read for you. YOU must go through the learning and advancement curve if you wish to experience the positive results of being literate
If you have read this piece up to this point, it’s rather safe to assume, that you agree with health ranger Mike Adams, and me – a folk, who is living after multiple sclerosis (MS):
Good health is no accident !

Sad to say, but all man-made chemical pesticides by default are poisons.
Used correctly, pesticides KILL
You may ask: ‘How poisonous they are?’
Let’s take a look at one example:
|
diazinon
|
chemical class: organophosphate
principal use: insecticide; banned from use on golf courses and turf farms in USA
detected in groundwater, and in surface water
listed on the EPA’s Toxics Release Inventory
long-term effects on mammals: suspect mutagen; fetotoxin; suspect neurotoxin; allergic dermatitis; conjunctivitis; immunotoxin
effects on non-target species:
immediate toxicity: very high for birds, fish, amphibians, crustaceans, bees, aquatic insects;
toxic to some plants
long-term toxicity: birds – teratogen
transformation products: sulfoTEPP; TEPP
common trade names: Bug-B-Gon; Spectracide; AG 500; Alfa-Tox; Basudin; Dazzel; Diazajet; Diazatol; Diazide; Diazinon; Diazitol; Diazol; dimpylate; Dipofene; G 24480; GardenTox; Knox Out 2FM; Neocidol; Nipsan; Sarolex |
Searching for pesdticides influence on health, I came across database with 700 listed pesticides and their induced health damages. Full pesticides database can be found in Basic Guide to Pesticides: Their Characteristics and Hazards.
Real problem:
- any single by default is pesticide poisonous and poisons it unique way
- what happens when several pesticides act at the same time (usual situation)?
Such type of research never performed, but common sense suggests it becomes extremely dangerous. So best and simplest solution -
Avoid pesticides !
If interested in minimizing pesticides exposure you can read educational article “How to avoid pesticides”

It happens regularly – new is well forgotten old.
Same for my health basics – I found these described the best in almost a 100 years old book:
WHAT more can be asked by any doctor or layman than a philosophy of the cause of disease that gives a perfect understanding of all the so-called diseases?
To know cause supplies even the layman with a dependable knowledge of how to avoid building disease, and how to cure. When people know how to avoid disease they know an immunization that immunizes rationally.
Dependable knowledge of what disease really is and its cause is man’s salvation; and when it can be had with no more effort than that required to read carefully and understandingly Toxemia Explained, there is little excuse for anyone, lay or professional, to live in ignorance of it.
Knowledge is power. Knowledge of how to have health gives greatest power.
Few people know anything about the cause of disease. To them this book is dedicated and the freedom from medical superstition it will bring them.
That is a Dedication of a book “Toxemia Explained” by J.H. Tilden, M.D., first printed in 1926.
I really do not know, what I could add to these so extremely wise words.
Apparently, if everybody knew (and practice) these so simple truths, in would be much much less suffering and unnecessary illnesses around.
Again – the more I apply these simple basics in my everyday life, the more healthy I am!
Therefore just these so simple and at the same time so extremely prudent words became my Health Manifesto.

Luckily, this wisdom packed book, helpful for anyone, concerned at own health, has been reprinted and is available:

From the time of Hippocrates (400 BC) there have been two obviously distinct medical approaches, each with clear ideology.
Today these are known as allopathic (orthodox) and holistic (naturopathic) medicines.
Presently allopathic (orthodox) medicine system is predominant.
Historic, social etc. circumstances etc. are nicely presented in an article Allopathic vs. Holistic by Chayne Ellis M.B.A (Acu) B.Sc (Comm).
But what are the distinctions between the allopathic and holistic medicine models?
- (A) treats symptoms
- (H) seeks patterns and causes
- (A) specialized and treats parts of the person
- (H) involves the whole person
- (A) pain and disease are regarded as negative
- (H) pain and “dis-ease” are considered as helpful signals of internal disharmony
- (A) disease is seen as a “bad” condition
- (H) disease is seen as a process
- (A) the body is seen as a machine in good or bad repair
- (H) the body is seen as a dynamic system of body-mind-spirit and of energy fields
- (A) primary intervention is with surgery, drugs, radiation (the “cut-poison-burn” approach)
- (H) minimal intervention with technologies complemented by non-invasive use of such things as diet, nutritional supplements, exercise etc
- (A) primary reliance on quantitative information – lab tests, instruments, charts, etc
- (H) qualitative information, including the client’s statements and attitudes, intuition, etc
- (A) the therapist is an authority on whom the patient is dependent
- (H) the client accepts self responsibility and is mainly autonomous
- (A) “prevention” is seen as an annual or more often laboratory tests and examinations
- (H) wholeness in relationships, work, goals, together with good nutrition, etc
Certainly, it is entirely up to anybody to choose a doctor (healer) as well as allopathic (orthodox) or holistic (naturopathic) medicine.
Regretfully, no sick is provided explanations and advices.
Hopefully, such an information could widen anybody’s viewpoint.
